656 Comics Launches Crowdfunding Campaign for “Undead Border: Escape or Die” on Indiegogo

Earlier this week, 656 Comics launched a crowdfunding campaign for Undead Border: Escape or Die, the latest installment of the INFESTACIÓN series. Written by Francisco Arce and featuring illustrations by Javier Gutierrez, Undead Border is a 116-page action/horror graphic novel that looks like The Walking Dead meets Jet Set Radio.
Here’s the official plot synopsis taken from the Undead Border: Escape or Die Indiegogo campaign page:
What happens when the most dangerous border town is invaded by the undead? Welcome to the UNDEAD BORDER. 75% of the local population succumbed to the zombie threat, 3% managed to escape from the city and the remaining 22% have been locked inside an epidemiological fence implemented by the UN to prevent the outbreak from spreading.
Lawlessness ensues and gives rise to The Commune, a criminal organization that has taken control of the border and woe to those who cross its path!
Tania, Barañas and Parachute, members of the Rot Riders Skate Crew; Rulo, zombie herder, and the meek Emiliano confront The Ogre, the fearsome and eccentric captain of The Commune, and unleash a series of unfortunate events that will only leave the teens with two options… Escape or Die!

Backers can get a copy of Undead Border: Escape or Die for $25. If you have more cash to spend, you can also pick up a silkscreen poster, original artwork, a Spanish-language version of the book, a supplemental book with behind-the-scenes extras, and the chance to have your likeness drawn into the final book as a zombie.

Great. Best of luck on the campaign.
