Overnight, the crowdfunding campaign for Art Thibert’s sci-fi/comedy graphic novel Chrono Mechanics ended successfully, raising more than $26 thousand and easily eclipsing its $8 thousand funding goal. With that total, several of the campaign’s stretch goals were met, including multiple trading cards, a button, a guitar pick, and 6 extra pages of story (for a current total of 54 pages).

Earlier this week, renowned comic book artist Art Thibert (Black and White) launched a crowdfunding campaign for Chrono Mechanics, a 48-page book (60 if certain stretch goals are met) featuring a fully stand-alone story. Art Thibert’s “Black & White Vol 2” Rakes in the Green on Indiegogo

On Thursday, renowned comic book creator Art Thibert launched a crowdfunding campaign for Black & White Volume 2, the follow up to the first book that was successfully crowdfunded in 2018. Volume 2 is already off to a great start, having raised roughly $30 thousand at the time of this writing.

A follow up to 2020’s Black and White (which we reviewed here), Man Vs. Machine is the 60-page conclusion to the origin story of the Black & White characters.
