This week, Star Cross Comics launched a crowdfunding campaign for issue 2 of Biblical Proportions, a 32-page sci-fi adventure.

Created by Joe Spicer, written by Evan David and with illustrations by Brian S. Dawson, Biblical Proportions is a Star Cross Comics crossover (Star Crossover? Kill me) featuring characters from all across the indie comics spectrum such as Hybrids, Pillowman and Blanket Boy, and more.

Building on the success of the first issue, this comic promises an even more epic crossover event, uniting 20 unique characters from 12 indie comic companies alongside Star Cross Comics’ own iconic heroes.

The first issue left us on the edge of our seats as chaos erupted, worlds collided, and the true hero, Starstruck, faced off against the imposter Hellsmite.

In this 32-page full-color extravaganza, prepare for a rollercoaster ride through dimensions, as Earth’s protectors rally against the chaos unleashed upon the multiverse. The fate of worlds hangs in the balance, and only you can help bring this incredible story to life.

In the previous issue, Hellsmite, disguised as Starstruck, seized the powerful Mace Wormwood, shattering the boundaries between worlds. This act triggered catastrophic events across dimensions, forcing the President of the United States into a narrow escape from the White House. Earth’s heroes, reeling from the disruptions, faced ruthless defeats at the hands of Hellsmite until the true Starstruck emerged, setting the stage for an epic confrontation.

Backers can get a digital version of Biblical Proportions issue 2 for $5, while physical copies (along with a sticker and a trading card) start at $10. If you have more money to spend, you can also receive the following tchotchkes and extras:
