Orphan Warrior Ella Returns in “Seeing Red” Issue 2 (Crowdfunding Spotlight)

No Sleep Press recently launched an Indiegogo campaign for Seeing Red: The Girl that Kissed Death issue 2, the follow-up to the first issue that successfully crowdfunded earlier this year. Issue 2 is already fully funded, having raised more than 120% of its initial funding goal.

Strictly intended for mature audiences, Seeing Red looks to be well endowed with bloody battles and a buxom heroine. Here’s the official plot synopsis taken from the Seeing Red issue 2 Indiegogo campaign page:

Ella is an orphan that has been raised by a group of demon hunters called the Kulling. She been trained to kill demons but never raise her blade to a human. Childhood trauma kicked in after seeing a village attacked by raiders, Ella viscously kills the raiders. Breaking the rules of the Kulling means death. Mazos, her adopted father couldn’t kill her. He burned her Kulling seal off of her back, leaving her alone, barely alive. Now, she’s alone excommunicated out for blood be it a raider, demon, or hunter.

Backers can get a digital version of Seeing Red issue 2 for $5, while physical copies (along with a digital version) start at $15. If you have more cash to spend, you can also receive the following:
