Earlier this week, NIS America released Prinny Presents NIS Classics Vol. 3 for the Nintendo Switch and Steam PC.

This new compilation includes two NIS strategy RPGs: La Pucelle: Ragnarok and Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure.

This is the first time that La Pucelle: Ragnarok is available in the West, as the original release was exclusively for the PSP in Japan. Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure was originally released for the Sony Playstation in 1999 by Nippon Ichi Software.

This latest version of these titles includes new characters, scenarios, updated visuals, fast travel, and fully voiced story segments (yes, in English).

La Pucelle: Ragnarok

Prier and her brother Culotte are novices with the demon-hunting organization, La Pucelle. They’ve just passed their final exams and are ready to do real work fighting demons and zombies, but quickly find themselves embroiled in a series of plots orchestrated by a rival church with dark intentions.

Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure

Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure follows the story of Cornet, who is searching for her one true love, the Prince of Marl. A magical horn gives her the power to enlist puppets and monsters to help her in her quest through Marl’s Kingdom. The puppets’ battle skills and spells will assist Cornet as she defends herself against the evil Marjorly, a witch who is also in love with the prince and has turned him to stone. Rhapsody features many original songs with interludes throughout the game.

Colorfully illustrated anime characters and backgrounds, as well as an intuitive, isometric battle system and multiple difficulty levels offer something for new players and veteran role-play gamers alike.

Prinny Presents NIS Classics Vol. 3 is available now for Nintendo Switch, or both La Pucelle: Ragnarok and Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure are available individually on Steam PC.
