The Slasher Returns in “Slaughterville” Book 2 (Crowdfunding Spotlight)

Welcome to Slaughterville

Population: Steadily Declining

Independent comic book creator Christopher Brown recently launched a crowdfunding campaign for Slaughterville Book 2, a 56-page, perfect bound graphic novel based on the board game of the same name.

Based on the tabletop board game of the same name, Slaughterville is an über-violent horror story featuring an unstoppable, axe-wielding slasher… The Slasher! *Checks notes… Yep, that’s right.

Here’s the official pitch taken from the Slaughterville Book 2 Indiegogo campaign page:

Slaughterville Book 2 picks up right where we left off in the first book. Tragedy has struck and now it’s up to The Citizens to set things right!

How will they overcome their loss while also trying to keep ahead of the dark forces in the town?

Who will be the Slasher’s next victim?

New allies arrive! Find clues to the mysterious power behind the town! Avoid the gleaming axe of…The Slasher!

Backers can get a digital version of Slaughterville Book 2 for $5, while physical copies start at $15. If you have a few more bucks to spend, you can also receive the following:

  • Variant covers
  • Copies of the first Slaughterville book (both digital and physical) if you need to catch up

It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $8 for those in the United States.
