Zaid Comics’ “The Lost Pages 3: Crimstone” Finding More Success on Indiegogo

Seek and ye shall find… pages

Over the weekend, Zaid Comics launched a crowdfunding campaign for The Lost Pages 3: Crimstone, a 70+ page superhero adventure.

The project is already fully funded, having raised more than $16 thousand at the time of this writing.

Written by Phillip Diaz and featuring illustrations by Ricardo Jaime, Dan Dahl and colors by Eugene Betivu, The Lost Pages 3 is the latest in a installment of Zaid Comics’ flagship superhero series, this time focussing on the hulking purple hero, Crimstone.

Here’s the official pitch taken from the The Lost Pages 3 Indiegogo campaign page:

The Hobo returns to tell a tale of Crimstone! JAZZ, and her imaginary friend CRIM.

When a series of children go missing in Chicago they find out that not all monsters live under beds. After Crim gets locked in Jazz’s mind, they meet WASTOID, the imaginary FIEND, able to manifest in the real world. The Duo must fight alone, in hopes to reunite, save themselves and the kids!

Backers can get either a digital or physical version of The Lost Pages 3 for $25. If you have more money to spend, you can also pick up the following tchotchkes and extras:

  • Multiple copies of the book
  • Variant covers
  • T-shirt
  • Poster
  • A sticker set
  • Original artwork
  • A 5.25 inch Crimstone mini figurine
  • A digest-sized reprint of previous stories from The Lost Pages
  • Ashcan sized supplemental books starring The Lost Pages’ patriotic hero, The People

It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $10 for those in the United States.
