Second Chance to Snag “Type One” Now on Fund My Comic

Haunted Pizza recently launched a second chance crowdfunding campaign for Type One, a 42-page superhero comic book.
The book was previously funded on a different crowdfunding platform, but this new campaign on the Fund My Comic website provides a second chance fir those who missed out, as well as an exclusive cover for collectors.
Written and illustrated by Sean Ahrendt and featuring colors by Dan Kemp (Spawn) and editing by Mark Poulton (Writhe & Payne, Graveyard Shift), Type One is an action adventure book featuring a superhero who struggles with diabetes.
Here’s the official pitch taken from the Type One Fund My Comic campaign page:
Thomas DeHart is our hero, Streeze, but behind the mask he’s the caretaker of his nephew, Aaron, who seems to be the one taking care of him and his life as a Type One Diabetic. Find out what connection the mysterious Type One armor has to The 9 Lords Of The Night, and how the past can save our future.
The character Streeze was created during my childhood to be a diabetic hero with a mysterious suit of armor, which has a mind of it’s own. As part of the campaign, you can donate a copy to a child dealing with diabetes.
Backers can get a copy of Type One for $25. If you have more cash to spend, you can also receive the following tchotchkes and extras:
- A trading card set
- A head sketch
- The chance to donate a copy of the book to a child battling diabetes
It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $10 for those in the United States.
