Secret Comics recently launched a crowdfunding campaign for Creepsters 2, a 100-page black and white horror/comedy book designed as a tribute to 1980s creature horror films such as Critters or Ghoulies.

The sequel is once again written by Nasser Rabadi (Stardust, ASYL), and the campaign page yet again fails to name the book’s illustrator.

Here’s the official pitch taken from the Creepsters 2 Indiegogo campaign page:

Plunge back into the world of CREEPSTERS in book 2, where newfound millionaire Max battles high school bullies and heartaches, all while the charming yet chaotic Creepsters bring Perdida Cove to the brink of mayhem again!

Will Max navigate the storms of young love and save his town from its adorable invaders? Dive into 100 pages of laughter, horror, action, and romance in this exciting sequel, where every turn of the page promises more adventure and surprises!

Backers can get a digital version of both issues of Creepsters for $15, while physical copies of issue 2 start at $25. If you have more cash to spend, you can also receive the following tchotchkes and extras:

• A monster pizza plush toy
• Physical copies of Creepsters issue 1 if you want to catch up

It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $10 for those in the United States.
