Foxhole Comics’ “The Fabled Offering” Gets A Second-Chance Campaign On Indiegogo

Last week, independent comic book creator and Foxhole Comics founder Nandor Fox Shaffer launched a second-chance crowdfunding campaign for The Fabled Offering on Indiegogo.

The project is already fully funded via a previous campaign on Kickstarter.

Written by Shaffer and featuring illustrations by Marco Roblin, The Fabled Offering is a 44-page, one-shot story described as being for fans of Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Seven to Eternity, Dune, and Dungeons & Dragons. Kind of a broad smattering…

Here’s the official pitch taken from the The Fabled Offering Indiegogo campaign page:

The Fabled Offering is a 44-page sci-fi fantasy one-shot epic about a lone princess on a harrowing quest to save herself and her kingdom from her own past trauma. Attempting to reach the peak of Gefyra Mountain while carrying her unborn child, Grand Princess Aurelia of Talendius will stop at nothing to meet The Ancient Cizin aboard their starship, the Idis. Will Cizin accept her offering?

Backers can get a digital version of The Fabled Offering for $6, while physical copies start at $14. If you have more cash to spend, you can also receive the following tchotchkes and extras:

  • Multiple copies of the book
  • Signed copies
  • Several variant covers
  • An art print
  • Copies of previous Foxhole comics such as Seasons, Man-child, and Lifeline

It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $6 for those in the United States.
