How well can you swim?

Renowned comic book creator and Compass Comics founder Graham Nolan recently launched a crowdfunding campaign for Escape From Monster Island, a 64+ page action-horror graphic novel.

The project is already fully funded, having raised nearly $40 thousand at the time of this writing.

Written and illustrated by Nolan, Escape From Monster Island is the third book in the Monster Island series that began in 1998. Despite the title and its inspiration from classic “creature feature” horror films, the Monster Island series is intended for readers of all ages.

Backers can get a copy of Escape From Monster Island and a bookmark for $25. If you have more money to spend, you can also receive the following tchotchkes and extras:
