Over the weekend, independent comic book creators Frankie and Vinnie Tartamella (Through the Woods, City of Venus: Dead City) launched a crowdfunding campaign for a 28-page, Halloween-themed comic, The Ghostly Manor on Howling Hill, which is intended for readers of all ages. The best part? The project is already fully funded, so there’s nothing in the way of getting the
