WTF? Terry Bogard joins the roster of SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy
SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy is certainly turning out to be a bizarre fighter, but according to the latest release by the game’s publisher, NIS America, it just got quite a bit stranger.
Terry Bogard, the main protagonist of SNK’s Fatal Fury series, has been added to the roster. “Isn’t SNK Heroines only supposed to have female characters and isn’t Terry Bogard a dude?” You ask? You’re correct, but the reveal trailer below is no joke.
Terry appears to have been transformed into a woman by some unknown force, and makes for a fairly attractive lass, it seems. Though he/she (it?) fights with what looks to be all of the typical moves, Terry also has three feminine costume options, including a “classic” Terry, a cheerleader, and what appears to be winged demon or succubus of some sort. (If you don’t already know what Terry typically looks like, see the image below)
A surprising turn of events, wouldn’t you agree. What is most important though, is that “Rule 34” demands that we will soon see some very creative Geese Howard/fem-Terry artwork. Bring it on, Internet!
SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy arrives digitally on PlayStation 4 and in physical format on Nintendo Switch on September 7.
