It’s been a long wait since the Shenmue III reveal at E3 2015, and an even LONGER wait – 18 years – since the release of Shenmue II, but fortunately, Shenmue creator Yu Suzuki and YS Net have kept a steady trickle of Chinese-water-torture-like leaks to keep their fan base absolutely mad with anticipation. This time, we finally have a good look at the game’s primary villain.

Behold! Lan Di as he will appear in Shenmue III!

He looks good, right? I’ll bet Lan Di takes pretty good care of himself. He probably has a really nice mirror…

The Shenmue III team has promised more reveals at Magic Monaco on 9 March. Shenmue III is scheduled for release 27 August for PC and console.
