E3 News- “Phantasy Star Online 2” coming to Xbox One in Spring 2020

At the Microsoft Xbox E3 2019 conference, SEGA announced that the long wait for a Western release of Phantasy Star Online 2 would finally end in Spring 2020.

Described as “Japan’s greatest online RPG”, Phantasy Star Online 2 has been available on a number of platforms outside Western territories since 2012. The announcement trailer indicates that this latest release of PSO2 will be on a free-to-play model and feature all previously released content, as well as cross-play with other releases of the game.

Is this just what we’ve all been waiting for, or is it too little, too late? You can watch the PSO2 for Xbox One launch trailer below.
