Like it or not, “Untitled Goose Game” coming to PS4, Xbox One
In interview with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, independent game developer House House confirmed that Untitled Goose Game is coming to both PS4 and Xbox One. Originally released on Nintendo Switch and PC (as an Epic Games Store exclusive) in September, Untitled Goose Game is a bizarre adventure/puzzler where you control a waterfowl tasked with prancing and annoying a small town.
Below is the official breakdown of the game:
It’s a lovely day in the village, and you are a horrible goose.
Untitled Goose Game is a slapstick-stealth-sandbox, where you are a goose let loose on an unsuspecting village. Make your way around town, from peoples’ back gardens to the high street shops to the village green, setting up pranks, stealing hats, honking a lot, and generally ruining everyone’s day.
- A horrible goose (that’s you)
- A town full of people just trying to get on with their day (you hate them)
- A dedicated honk button (!!!)
According to How Long to Beat, the main story of Untitled Goose Game can be completed in just 3 hours. Is the game a worthwhile romp, or is it an overpriced meme game in the same vein as Goat Simulator? PS4 and Xbox One will soon get the chance to find out for themselves.
