“Five Nights at Freddy’s” creator to host charity livestream for St. Jude Children’s Hospital

Five Nights at Freddy’s creator Scott Cawthorn has announced that he is co-hosting a special livestream with YouTube creator “MatPat” to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. During the “Cancel Cancer” charity livestream, MatPat will be joined by fellow YouTube creators Markiplier and Dawko as they play a brand new installment in the FNaF game series: Freddy in Space 2. For each treasure they find in the game, Cawthorn will donate money to the charity, up to $500,000.
Freddy in Space 2 expands upon a minigame in FNaF World which challenges players to find hidden treasure by solving a variety of puzzles.
Viewers can also assist the livestreaming crew while they play, as Freddy in Space 2 will also be released for free on Windows PC (via GameJolt) on the day of the livestream (3 December). So play along, help solve the puzzles, and support St. Jude all at the same time.
The “Cancel Cancer” stream is scheduled to broadcast on 3 December, 10:00 AM PST (1:00 PM EST) on MatPat’s YouTube channel.
