Capcom renews “Dino Crisis”, “Darkstalkers” & “Power Stone” trademarks

Capcom has been exploring the idea of resurrecting its classic properties for a while, but it looks as though the Japanese publisher is laying the groundwork to bring several franchises back into the limelight.
In late November, Capcom renewed the trademarks for a number of games, including: Breath of Fire, Captain Commando, Cyberbots, Darkstalkers, Dino Crisis, Power Stone, and others.

“You bred raptors?”
This is indeed promising news for fans, especially the fan bases of Dino Crisis, Darkstalkers and Power Stone, all three of which are pretty devout. Given the success of Capcom’s remake of Resident Evil 2 and the announcement of the upcoming Resident Evil 3 remake, it stands to reason that RE‘s survival horror cousin Dino Crisis could be next on the docket.
Which game are you most hopeful for? Are you a SEGA Dreamcast die-hard pining for more Power Stone? Do you need to have Morrigan and Felicia on your 4K screen? Have you heard of Cyberbots? Let us know in the comments!
