“Samurai Shodown” arrives on Nintendo Switch in February

According to a new listing on Nintendo’s website, the Switch version of Samurai Shodown (Samurai Spirits in Japan) will launch on 25 February in western territories.

The reboot of SNK’s weapons-based fighter has been available to Japanese Switch owners since December 2019, while the PS4 and Xbox One versions released back in June 2019 (followed by Stadia in November 2019, if that matters to you). A PC version of the game is also planned, but no release date has been confirmed.

Perhaps to make up for the wait, those who pre-order the Switch version of Samurai Shodown will also receive a Switch port of the 1999-released Neo Geo Pocket version of Samurai Shodown! 2. Yosh!
