“The Expendables Go to Hell” graphic novel hits Six Figures, Bitch!

Over the weekend, the crowdfunding campaign for The Expendables Go to Hell crossed the blessed “Six figures, bitch!” threshold, raising more than $107 thousand at the time of this writing. The book was an overnight crowdfunding success, well surpassing its initial fundraising goal right out of the gate.

In addition to hitting the $100k benchmark, project lead Richard C. Meyer has added a new backing tier for a black-and white edition of the book featuring a chromium cover by Kyle Ritter (Starblades), which you can check out below.

The Expendables Go to Hell is an all-new graphic novel featuring characters from Sylvester Stallone’s action film series. The book itself includes a 50-page main story plus 3 related “side quests” featuring artwork by Graham Nolan (Monster Island), Aaron Alfeche (Jawbreakers), Jason Johnson (Team 7), Kelsey Shannon (Norah’s Saga) and Butch Guice (The Futurists), while the plots are penned by a combination of Sylvester Stallone (Rambo: Last Blood), Chuck Dixon (Batman), and Richard C. Meyer (Iron Sights).

Congratulations to Richard C. Meyer, Chuck Dixon, Graham Nolan, Sylvester Stallone, and the rest of The Expendables Go to Hell team. You can still back the project on the The Expendables Go to Hell Indiegogo page here.
