On Wednesday, the crowdfunding campaign for comedy/adventure Cash Grab crossed the blessed “Six Figures, Bitch!” threshold, raising more than $101 thousand at the time of this writing. The 48-page book was an instant crowdfunding success, raking in $60 thousand in the first 24 hours.

Written by Internet comedian Cecil and illustrated by Donal DeLay, Cash Grab is a superhero comedy about a man “whose huge appetites are only exceeded by his immense sense of entitlement!” After being kicked out of his sister’s house, Cecil seeks to better his life by stepping into the shoes of New York’s preeminent superhero who has gone missing.
