Indiegogo Campaign for Cauldron Comics’ “Grayskale” rallies to a successful end
Earlier this week, the crowdfunding campaign for Cauldron Comics’ superhero book Grayskale ended successfully, rallying in the final 24 hours to pass the $5 thousand funding goal.*
Created by Michael Derrick (who we recently interviewed here), Grayskale is a 60-page superhero adventure written by Derrick (The Abductables) and featuring illustrations by P.K. (The Ballad of Dusty Tortillas), colors by Eugeniu Betivu (HIRO: Blood of Patriots) and letters by Jaymes Reed.
Here’s the summary of the book taken from the Grayskale Indiegogo campaign page:
In a city where everything is legal, it’s gonna take someone outside of the law to deliver the retribution the colorful and deadly villains of Glitter City so richly deserve!
After running afoul of a notorious casino boss, GRAYSKALE finds himself targeted by a gauntlet of increasingly dangerous supervillians! Will his mysterious karma control and trusty truncheon be enough to save the day? Or will what goes around come around for our beleaguered hero?
Bummed that you missed out on the crowdfunding campaign? Don’t fret, bitches! The Grayskale Indiegogo page has transitioned to an in-demand store, so you can still buy into the project for a limited time.
Congratulations to Michael Derrick and the rest of the Grayskale team. You can visit the Grayskale Indiegogo in-demand page here.
