Issue 2 of Dean Kish’s Fantasy Comic “Tainted” Fully Funded on Indiegogo

On Wednesday, the crowdfunding campaign for Tainted issue #2 ended successfully, raising more than $3 thousand at the time of this writing.
Written by Dean Kish and illustrated by Francoise Valmoria, Tainted is a fantasy comic book intended to address teenage mental health problems. Here’s the official plot synopsis taken from the Tainted Indiegogo campaign page:
TAINTED tells the story of cheerleader Creek Wilden, whose life is dramatically changed when she loses the love her life Reid Williams in a bus crash.
Creek falls into depression but something within her genetic makeup awakens an ability to see a hidden society known as the Viciat. The Viciat has been around for thousands of years and they have been placed in positions of power throughout the world.
Throughout the course of the epic 5-issue series you will learn their secrets, Creek’s connection to them and the underground movement known as the Julio Cross that has been setup to stop the Viciat.
Sad that you missed out on the crowdfunding period? No need to fret! Like many other Indiegogo campaigns, the crowdfunding page has temporarily transitioned to an in-demand store, so you can still buy into the project for a limited time.
Backers can get a digital version of Tainted issue 2 for $4, while physical copies start at $11. If you have more cash to throw around, you can pick up multiple copies of the book, variant covers, and the chance to have your likeness drawn into the final product. If you need to catch up, there are bundles that include issue 1, too.
