Crusaders Clash with a Satanic Cult in “Three Knights, Four Days”

Earlier this week, independent comic book creator Micah Curtis launched a crowdfunding campaign for Three Knights, Four Days, a 44-page graphic novel.

Written by Curtis (Englewood) and featuring illustrations by Preston Asevedo (aka “Good Preston”), colors by Oliver Lee Arce and lettering by Eric Weathers (Flying Fortress), Three Knights, Four Days is the first part of a gruesome supernatural book series set shortly after the events of the Third Crusade.

Here’s the official pitch taken from the Indiegogo campaign page:

From the creators of Englewood, Doc Salem, and Battle Brick Road comes a horror comic like no other. Three Knights, Four Days part one is a 44 page full-color graphic novel set in the year 1188. After returning from the Second Crusade, Three Knights from three different orders of knighthood return to the hometown of their leader to hopefully retire from war. As they arrive at their comrade’s home, they find the town besieged by a Satanic cult, and are the only thing that stands between the townspeople and utter annihilation.

If you’re a fan of Berserk, The Thirteenth Warrior, Prince of Darkness, or video games like Baldur’s Gate and Doom, this is the comic for you!

Backers can get a copy of Three Knights, Four Days for $25. If you have some extra coin at your disposal, you can also pick up an art book, original artwork, or the chance to have your likeness drawn into the final book.

Can I get a “Deus vult!”?
