Issue 2 of Fantasy Comic “BRIC-A-BRAC” Fully Funded on Indiegogo

Earlier this week, the crowdfunding campaign for issue 2 of BRIC-A-BRAC successfully hit its funding goal, making a very merry Christmas for BRIC-A-BRAC’s writer and creator, Ryan Haack.

But “isn’t there anyone who can tell me what is BRIC-A-BRAC is all about?”

Sure, Charlie Brown. I can tell you what BRIC-A-BRAC is all about. Here’s the official pitch taken from the BRIC-A-BRAC Indiegogo campaign page (lights please!):

Last Fall, the first issue of BRIC-A-BRAC successfully funded on Indiegogo.

We met our main characters Garret and Marie as they embarked on their journey to find Father Christmas and save Planet Christmas from impending doom. That doom, almost single-handedly, was brought by General Almond and his army of Nutcrackers who were determined to take over the Planet and steal its resources.

Issue Two continues this epic story while adding more characters and obstacles! You will meet new characters like the ominous Jack Frost, the evil Caesar Dimitrius, and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future among others!

Issue Two will be a 28-page comic book written by Ryan Haack, featuring interior art by Rafael Sam. The comic book will also include a five-page back-up story with art by Tom Barton and Milton Aguiar.

At the time of this writing, there are still two days remaining to back the BRIC-A-BRAC project. Backers can get a digital copy of BRIC-A-BRAC for $8, while physical copies start at $12 (packaged with an art print and bookmark, no less!). If you have more green up your sleeves, you can also pick up multiple copies of the book, some original artwork, and even the chance to create your own Christmas character in the story! There are also tiers that include the first issue if you need to catch up.
