The Elements Come Down to Earth in Aleandro Verriello Saglimbene’s “Columns of Creation”

Independent comic book creator Aleandro Verriello Saglimbene is preparing a new supernatural fantasy project to launch via crowdfunding: Columns of Creation: Down to Earth Volume 1. Described as “a modern fantasy”, the book will be aimed at fans of Neil Gaiman’s The Sandman and Gerard Way’s Umbrella Academy. It’s also very much designed for mature readers, promising “occasional nudity and abundant swearing.”

Here’s the official pitch taken from the Columns of Creation pre-launch page:

The elements of nature come to live in NYC to experience the life, but things quickly go south when Paradox becomes hell-bent on destroying humanity! Can this dysfunctional family protect us? VOL 1 will explore how the Columns will deal with coming to our planet and infiltrate our society!
