Monsters of Myth Battle to Save Reality in 656 Comics’ “The Cryptidnals”

On Wednesday, 656 Comics launched a crowdfunding campaign for The Cryptidnals, a 132-page, black and white graphic novel that has already surpassed its initial funding goal.
Written by Ray Ramos and featuring illustrations by Dario Rodriguez, The Cryptidnals combines myth, monsters, and a visually dynamic aesthetic inspired by Junji Ito and Gustav Dore.
Here’s the official plot synopsis taken from The Cryptidnals Indiegogo campaign page:

Backers can get a copy of The Cryptidnals for $25. If you have more money to spend, you can also pick up multiple copies of the book, variant covers, original artwork, a sketchbook, a supplemental book, a set of Polaroid prints, and even audio files in both MP3 and cassette tape format. It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $10 for those in the United States.
