We’ve enjoyed many different theme events here at The Splintering (the Festival of Dread, Jolly Jinglings, and Monochrome May and Attack Helicopter Week), but waiting until October for the next one just seems like too long of a wait… That’s why we’re christening this August as the inaugural 80s August!

Starting next week, we’ll be posting reviews and features celebrating the greatest decade since… I don’t know… since the discovery of bacon?

To mark the occasion, we’ve also relaunched our TeePublic store (here), so now we can peddle a whole new type of wares, including travel mugs, magnets, and of course, t-shirts! We’ll be adding new items as the month progresses, so be sure to check back regularly so that you can snag some Splintering swag during the 3-day, launch period at a discount.
