Ciderverse Entertainment’s “The Colossals” Now on Indiegogo

Earlier this week, Ciderverse Entertainment launched a crowdfunding campaign for The Colossals, an all-new, 64-page graphic novel. The project is already fully funded, so nothing should stand in the way of printing and fulfilling the book.
But what is The Colossals all about?
Created and written by Thomas Burpee and featuring illustrations by Leandro Panganiban and colors by Daniel Grimaldi, The Colossals is a sci-fi superhero tale set in what is described as a “multi-multiverse.”
Here’s the official plot synopsis taken from The Colossals’ Indiegogo campaign page:
The year is 2030, the world has changed dramatically in the decade since the Caliclysm and Star Supreme’s rise to the global stage. Miracle City now occupies the coastline of a new superstate known as Megafornia, made from the ruins of Washington, Oregon and California; more than 120 million people call it home.
In the absence of the threat of war, humanity has expanded into the stars with orbital and lunar space colonies; however, not all has changed for the better; for even now mankind grapples with a new species seeking to take the evolutionary crown.
In all of this chaos, a shadow from the past looms over the future and THE COLOSSALS must fight for their lives against the most effective foes that they’ve ever faced… THEMSELVES!
Backers can get a digital version of The Colossals for $15, while physical copies (which come with a digital version as well) start at $25. If you have more cash to spend, you can also pick up the following:
- Multiple copies of the book
- Art prints
- Metal prints
- Original artwork
It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $10 for those in the United States.
