On Wednesday, Alterna Comics launched its inaugural pre-order crowdfunding campaign for their fall lineup of books. The campaign is already fully funded, having raised nearly $7 thousand at the time of this writing.

These campaigns are intended to replace the company’s old pre-order system on the Alterna website, making each quarter a kind of celebratory event and giving customers a chance to grab some fun Alterna swag at the same time.

Through the Indiegogo campaign page, you can pick up all ten of Alterna’s Fall issues, or simply pick and choose the titles you want. There are also add-on options to pick up previous issues within a series if you want to catch up.

Here’s the full Fall 2021 lineup of available books:

Alterna GIANTS (80 page $4.99 cover price; comics on newsprint):

• Red Koi #5 (Fantasy Action Adventure; Tyler Wentland, Nick Welch, Wes Locher)

• It Came Out On a Wednesday #16 (Fantasy Sci-fi Horror; Various creators, Cover Artist: Rob Willis)

• Mr. Crypt and Friends #1 (Humor Adventure; Troy Vevasis, Aleksandar Jovic)

• The Mighty Mascots #4 (Super-Powered Action Humor; Keith Gleason, Ian Waryanto, Anton Bandi)

• Wulf & Batsy #1 and 2 (Horror Adventure; Bryan Baugh)

In addition to the comics, there are several Alterna items available, including an Alterna Comics logo beanie cap, a trading card binder, back issues, and a collector’s case with a Rad Rose art insert. All backers will also receive the first “Alterna Series” trading card featuring Eiko from Red Koi. It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $5 for backers in the United States.
