The Silhouette Takes Center Stage in Zaid Comics’ “The Lost Pages 2”

On Friday, Zaid Comics launched a crowdfunding campaign for The Lost Pages 2: The Silhouette, a 76-page follow-up to the first book that was successfully crowdfunded in 2020. The project is already fully funded, having raised more than $4 thousand at the time of this writing.

After polling readers on their favorite character from the first issue, The Lost Pages creators Phillip and Brandon Diaz have decided to focus book 2 on The Silhouette, a “Dead Avenger compelled to send Crime to an early grave.”

Here’s the official pitch taken from The Lost Pages 2 Indiegogo campaign page:

The sequel in the Zaid Comic universe of Heroes. The Hobo is back to tell the tales from his magical book of Lost Pages. A story of greed following our ghostly vigilante trying to remember his past, THE SILHOUETTE. His abilities over the shadows will be put to the test when the supervillain El Dorado plans to harness the power of ancient gold and take over the city.

Backers can get either a physical or digital version of The Lost Pages 2 for $25. If you have more cash to spend, you can also pick up the following:

  • A Silhouette t-shirt
  • Poster
  • Bonus ashcan-sized mini-comic
  • A copy of the first issue of The Lost Pages if you want to catch up

It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $10 for those in the United States.
