Overnight, veteran comic book creator Russ Leach launched a crowdfunding campaign for Only Death Can Save Us 2 Book 2 – Techstone, the follow-up to the first ODCSU book that was successfully crowdfunded in 2020 (which we double-reviewed here and here). The project is already fully funded, having raised more than $3 thousand at the time of this writing.

Written and illustrated by Leach, co-written by Rik Hoskin, inked by Matthew Seaborne and yes, lettered by the prolific Eric Weathers, ODCSU 2 is a supernatural action adventure book told over 66 pages (100-page book with 66 pages of main story).

Here’s the brief plot synopsis taken from the Only Death Can Save Us 2 Indiegogo campaign page:

Following on from the roller coaster events of the award winning first book, Dee and Chrissy return from their travels in the beyond.

They encounter an even deeper cosmic secret, battle a resurgent evil and solve the mystery of millions of missing human souls!

All this plus War’s first solo story!
