Anvil Comics’ “Vestri” Returns to Indiegogo With More Blades, Badasses and Babes

Earlier this week, Anvil Comics launched a crowdfunding campaign for issue 4 of Vestri, a 22-page fantasy book featuring buff dudes, big swords, and buxom babes.

Created by the writer & artist team of Dylan Clarke and Jakub Sebesta, Vestri issue 4 is promised to be already 100% complete, and will be printed in the United States (suck it, rest of the world!).

Here’s the official plot synopsis taken from the Vestri Indiegogo campaign page:

After battling with the Shadow Crusader and torturing information from the uptight Alimander, Damyn has learned that an old foe from his past has somehow managed to escape death. Damyn must now search for an ancient race who may be able to aid him in his quest to stop Arias and maybe save the lands of Vestri.

Damyn has been stabbed, set on fire and eaten, what else does his quest have in store for him?

Backers can get a digital version of Vestri issue 4 plus a digital 10-page ashcan for $5, while physical copies of both the book and ashcan start at $11 (this also comes with digital PDF copies of the books). If you have more cash to spend, you can also pick up earlier issues of Vestri if you want to catch up, with the full saga priced at the reasonable buy-in cost of $31.

It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $8 for those in the United States.
