Open-World Western “Guns and Spurs 2” Coming to Steam PC on 29 April

Indie developer Frozen Lake Games recently announced that their open-world, third person shooter Guns and Spurs 2 is coming to Steam PC on 29 April.

Originally released for mobile platforms in 2020, Guns and Spurs 2 is predictably set in the American West, circa 18XX AD. This new Steam version boasts improved graphics, better control options and updated gameplay mechanics.

Here’s the official breakdown of Guns and Spurs 2 from Frozen Lake Games:

Guns and Spurs 2 is an open world third person shooter game set in the Old West. Jack Lane is a bounty hunter who has just arrived in town to find a better life by doing what he knows best, chasing wanted criminals for money.

Explore a huge open world in the Old West filled with beautiful vistas such as mountains, forests, rivers and towns full of life and activities.

Customise your character and your horse with a wide variety of clothes, hats and horse skins.

Become a bounty hunter and capture some of the West’s most wanted criminals. Use your guns to defend yourself and throw your lasso to capture your enemies. Dead or alive, the choice is yours.

Take part in various activities such as horse racing, animal hunting, goods delivery, cattle herding and more, all available from the beginning. Find strangers on your way and decide whether to help them or not.

Guns and Spurs 2 is currently scheduled to release on 29 April for Steam PC.
