656 Comics’ “Dead Stop: Tour of Terror” Lives on Indiegogo

On Thursday, 656 Comics launched a crowdfunding campaign for Dead Stop: Tour of Terror, a 100+ page horror anthology book. Dead Stop features seven stories set in the US-Mexico border region, all presented with black and white artwork.

Here’s the official breakdown of Dead Stop: Tour of Terror from the Indiegogo campaign page:

Join your macabre tour guide, Kreizy, as he navigates the sordid streets of Juárez with his trusty bus, Caronte, taking you on a ride where vile legends, malign monsters, and wicked madmen come to life. Seven incredible tales (that’s 100+ pages!) woven together by the thread that holds and binds them… The Border! It’s Tales from the Crypt with the 656 flavor.

With loremancers and mythmakers Fearsome Francisco Arce (Undead Border: Escape or Die), Rocanteur Ray Ramos (The Cryptidnals), and Dreaded Darío Rodríguez (The Cryptidnals) bring you a final journey through border horror.

Backers can get a copy of Dead Stop: Tour of Terror for $25. If you have more cash to spend, you can also receive the following:

  • Multiple copies of the book
  • A variant cover
  • Original artwork

It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $10 for those in the United States.
