Become the King of the Undead in “Undead Horde 2: Necropolis”

Game publisher 10tons is planning to release their RTS/RPG hybrid game Undead Horde 2: Necropolis for PC, consoles and mobile in 2023.

Undead Horde 2 will put players in the role of the King of Undead who can raise the dead and command them at will, all with the objective to rebuild a home for the undead (The Necropolis). While the gameplay will be very similar to the first Undead Horde game, the sequel promises improved minion creation mechanics over the original.

Here’s the official breakdown of Undead Horde 2: Necropolis from 10tons:

In Undead Horde 2, the player awakens from a tomb after the nefarious living razed their once mighty home city of Necropolis. In the process, the living captured souls of all undead denizens into magical containers called soul jars. This was a desperate bid to cling on to their loved ones after their death.

The player’s task is to conquer the lands of the living and free the stolen undead souls back into the Necropolis.

Undead Horde 2 is built using 10tons Ltd. proprietary game engine technology and is primarily targeted at PCs and current & next generation consoles.

Undead Horde 2: Necropolis is planned to be available via Steam Early Access in late 2022, while the full launch for Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Steam PC and mobile will be sometime in 2023.
