Crowdfunding campaign for horror anthology “Tales from the Stacks” fully funded in 3 days

On Thursday, the crowdfunding campaign for horror anthology Tales from the Stacks launched on Indiegogo, and the project is already a resounding success. At the time of this writing, the graphic novel has well surpassed its original funding goal of $4 thousand with nearly two months remaining in the crowdfunding period.

Tales from the Stacks is a collaborative project by Michael Critzer (aka Professor Geek) and artist Dave T (aka Geek Owt Lowd), and features three all-new tales of terror in one 60-page graphic novel reminiscent of Tales from the Crypt.

You can watch the Tales from the Stacks promotional trailer below.

Backers can get a digital version of the anthology for $10, while physical copies start at $20. There are also two sexy variant covers featuring art by Jon Malin (colors by Kyle Ritter) and Keung Lee, each $30, as well as several tiers to mix & match multiple cover options if you’d like multiple copies of the book. For those looking for a “support the troops” tier, there is an $80 option for backers to receive a copy of Tales from the Stacks while four additional copies are sent to U.S. service members via Operation Paperback.
