John Hervey’s martial arts action graphic novel “Black Tiger: Legacy of Fury” hits Indiegogo

Late last week, independent comic book creator John Hervey launched a crowdfunding campaign for Black Tiger: Legacy of Fury, a 158-page action/adventure graphic novel collecting all six issues of the Black Tiger mini-series (which are currently only available in digital form). The book is written by John Hervey (Troubleman), with pencils by Rod Luper (Star Wars: Outlander) and Diego Bernard (Witchblade), inks by Arne Starr (The Legion of Super-Heroes) and Chuck Drost (Supergirl Plus), colors by Robert Hawkins, Vinicius Townsend (G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero) and Beezzz Studios.

Here’s the pitch taken from the Black Tiger: Legacy of Fury Indiegogo campaign page:

BLACK TIGER: LEGACY OF FURY is a no-holds barred martial arts, super-powered adventure, in which brother battles sister with the fate of their city and family legacy at stake!

Backers can get a digital version of Black Tiger for $7, while physical copies start at $25. For those with more money to throw around, you can also pick up a hardback edition (with optional slipcase), original artwork, and the chance to have your likeness drawn into the final book.
