José Garcia’s “Lumina Vhox” is a Visual Tour de Force (Crowdfunding Spotlight)

Earlier this week, independent comic book creator José Garcia launched a crowdfunding campaign for Lumina Vhox, an 80-page space fantasy book that, at the time of this writing, is well on its way to being fully funded with more than 70 percent of its goal raised so far.
Written and illustrated by Garcia, Lumina Vhox combines elements of mythology and spirituality with some truly stunning visuals. Here’s the official plot synopsis taken from the Lumina Vhox Indiegogo campaign page:

Backers can get a digital version of Lumina Vhox for $10, while physical copies (signed, if you prefer) start at $25. If you have extra cash to spend, you can also pick up a sketch card or copies of Garcia’s previous books, Egoista and My 8 Bit Story. It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $10 for those in the United States.
