On Monday, veteran comic book creator Gabe Eltaeb launched a crowdfunding campaign for Truth Justice American Way, a 64-page book featuring an all-new trio of aspirational superheroes. The project is already fully funded, having raised more than $18 thousand at the time of this writing.

Created by David Williams and Gabe Eltaeb, Truth Justice American Way features the following creators at the helm:

• David Williams – story, pencils
• Gabe Eltaeb – story, script, colors
• Gary Martin – inks

Here’s the official plot synopsis taken from the Truth Justice American Way Indiegogo campaign page:

We proudly present to you the bombastic, action-packed adventure you have been waiting for! Truth, Justice, and American Way are the world’s most beloved superhero team: “The Honor Guardians of America.” Their world is shattered when disaster strikes. They are left with little hope, and even less resource. In order to set things right the Honor Guardians will have to find the strength and resolve to overcome grief, despair, in a world that now hates them.
