Brendan Swan’s “DisintegrationStreet” Vol. 3 Now on Indiegogo (Crowdfunding Spotlight)

Independent comic book creator Brendan Swan recently launched a crowdfunding campaign for DisintegrationStreet Vol. 3, the next 69-page graphic novel in the five book series. The project is already fully funded, having raised more than $3 thousand at the time of this writing.

Written and illustrated by Swan (Strangelove: I Want to be Chrome), DisintegrationStreet takes place in a strange world where the dead walk and mysteries abound. This third volume once again boasts Swan’s trademark style of traditional coloring.

Here’s the official plot synopsis taken from the DisintegrationStreet Indiegogo campaign page:

Join Charlotte and her new life in the mysterious town of DisintegrationStreet, filled with the bizarre. The dead coming back to life and children being spirited away. Volume 3 has Charlotte and friends left with their last lead, and determination to trap Ramona on the next child’s upcoming fourth birthday. However, a group of ninjas seem determined to hamper their investigation.

Backers can get a copy of DisintegrationStreet Vol. 3 for $20. If you have more money to spend, you can also receive the following:

  • Signed copies
  • Original sketches
  • Original artwork
  • Copies of the first two books if you want to catch up

It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $8 for those in the United States.
