Star Cross Comics’ “The Relentless Tin Soldier” Returns for Issue 2

Star Cross Comics recently launched a crowdfunding campaign for issue 2 of The Relentless Tin Soldier, a 28-page book part of an ongoing series. The project is already fully funded, having raised nearly $2 thousand at the time of this writing.

Written by Nicolas Greer and featuring illustrations by Alessandro Ventura and colors by Eduardo Garcia, The Relentless Tin Soldier issue 2 picks up where the first issue left off, with a patriotic superhero taking on a crime-filled Minneapolis.

Here’s the official plot synopsis taken from The Relentless Tin Soldier Indiegogo campaign page:

The Relentless Tin Soldier follows Benjamin Person as he fights crime and corruption, and takes his place as Minneapolis’s first super powered hero!

That’s it. Whaddaya want, a book? The comic itself is only 28 pages.

Backers can get a digital version of the book for $8, while physical copies start at $12. If you have more money to spend, you can also pick up the following:

  • Multiple copies of the book
  • Signed copies
  • Variant covers
  • Original artwork
  • A keshi figure
  • A reprint of issue 1 if you want to catch up

It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $6 for those in the United States.
