Doug TenNapel completes work on “Bigfoot Bill” graphic novel; starting new script soon

On Monday, Doug TenNapel announced via social media that the black and white artwork for Bigfoot Bill, lettering included, is complete, and that the book was ready to be sent to the colorist, Dirk Erik Schultz. Bigfoot Bill is a 64-page, graphic novel which follows a Sasquatch (Bill) who steals the finger of Poseidon to gain control of the Kraken and save the world. Bill is joined by other mythological creatures including Choop the Chupacabra, “Judgy” the unicorn, and John Locke Ness. The Bigfoot Bill project joined the “Six Figures, Bitch!” club in 2018, when it raised over $100k via Indiegogo.
Now that work on Bigfoot Bill is complete, TenNapel indicated that he would start on his next script this week. Would that be a follow-up to Bigfoot Bill, or perhaps a new idea altogether? Grubworm Gary? Longhorn Lance? I’ll leave the brainstorming to Doug. I suck at this.
