Secret Comics’ “Brutas the Badass 2” Fully Funded on Day One
Over the weekend, Secret Comics launched a crowdfunding campaign for Brutas the Badass 2, a 48-page “action space comedy.”
The project is already fully funded, having raised more than $5 thousand at the time of this writing.
Written by Nasser Rabadi (Stardust) and illustrated by Donal DeLay (Death of Love), Brutas the Badass 2 is the long-awaited follow-up to the first book that was successfully crowdfunded in 2018. It’s also strictly intended for a mature audience, on account of the old “ultra violence.”

The galaxy’s toughest killers are being hunted for sport by the galaxy’s elite, and Brutas will kill anybody who stands in his way!
Get ready for the much anticipated sequel to the first book in this HIT series suggested for IMMATURE audiences and fans of comic books such as Trencher, Deadpool, Lobo, and movies like Planet Terror.
After winning back THE CHAMPIONSHIP BELT in a wrestling tournament, Brutas is pulled through a mysterious portal and flung into battle. He will have to face his old foes as well as new enemies in a deadly mission to break free of the elites who imprisoned him on this strange new planet.
Backers can get a digital version of both BtB books (book 2 and a “Writer’s Cut” version of book 1) for $15, while physical copies of book 2 alone start at $25. If you have more cash to spend, you can also pick up the following tchotchkes and extras:

- A physical copy of the BtB Book 1: Writer’s Cut
- A platinum belt buckle
- A gold belt buckle
It is also worth noting that there is an additional shipping charge starting at $10 for those in the United States.
