As part of Steam Next Fest, solo game developer Filip Zemljak has released a free demo for his very first independent outing, Lichenvale. Inspired by classic first-person games from the 90’s such as Hexen and Quake, Lichenvale is very much a dark fantasy adventure featuring swords, spells, and a few modern twists borrowed from games like Dark Souls and Doom:
